How long is my reservation?

All private events are guaranteed a 2 hour time slot.Reservation hosts may arrive 15 minutes before their event to set up and greet their guests. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE MADE ONLINE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

What times are available for parties?

Friday Evenings5:00 pm - 7:00pm
Saturdays1:00 pm- 3:00 pm4:00 pm - 6:00pm

What payment options do you provide?

We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept cash, Apple Pay, checks, and the majority of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What beverages am I permitted to bring into the museum?

Water only, please. No juice allowed. No alcohol, please.

Am I allowed to light candles?

Yes!

Am I allowed to bring party decorations?

Yes! You may bring balloons and small decorations including table coverings and streamers. Please do not tie balloons or streamers to any playhouse structures.

May I bring in outside food?

Yes, you may bring food! All food must be kept in designated eating areas.

Are there any additional fees?

In order to maintain the cleanliness and order of the museum, we reserve the right to charge up to $100 in excessive cleaning fees or damages. If necessary, you will be notified by a member of The Playhouse staff and this fee will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the party.

How many adults do I need to bring with me?

You must bring the required number of adults in order to maintain the appropriate 1-5, adult-child ratio. We are not able to offer childcare services and our staff members are NOT included in the number required.

Can I come early to set up?

The party host may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Can I stay longer than 2 hours?

Please be considerate to other parties and observe your allotted time slot so as not to run into another scheduled event.
