We are so excited to be opening up for regular play! We will allow a restricted number of guests to come play at a time, with specific time slots in place to give staff time to clean toys and surfaces in between groups. See the calendar at the bottom of the page to reserve your time slot!
How will it work?
Play time will be divided into 2 hour time slots. Each time slot will allow a restricted number of children and adults so that we make sure we stay under a certain percentage according to our max capacity. We encourage our guests to make reservations ahead of time to guarantee their spot but you are more than welcome to walk in and see if there is room to play!
How much does it cost?
Cost is $12 per child ages 1-12. Adults and children under the age of 1 are free. Please limit the number of accompanying adults to 2.
What are your hours?
The Playhouse will be open from Monday-Saturday. Playtimes will be as follows: 10 am - 12 pm1 pm- 3 pm The hour in between time slots is to ensure we can minimize group contact between those entering and exiting the building as well as wipe down toys and surfaces.
How can I make a reservation?
See the calendar at the bottom of this page! You can select the date and time you wish to come and you will be directed to checkout through a secondary app called Care.com. You will be asked to create a login to sign up that will be saved for future use. Please make sure you reserve a spot for EVERY CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 1-12 who is in your family. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE NAME, BIRTH DATE, AND GENDER OF EACH CHILD IN ORDER TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT.
Do I have to have a reservation in order to play?
No. You do not have to have a reservation. However, due to the limited number of guests we are allowing in at one time, we encourage you to make a reservation in order to guarantee your spot. You are more than welcome to call us beforehand or simply drop in anytime to see if there is space for you to play!
If I already have a membership, do I need to make a reservation?
Yes! However, you do not need to pay for an individual ticket as that is already included in the cost of your pass! Please look at the calendar below and then email us at moc.liamg%40ffatsmuesumesuohyalpeht to reserve your date and time!
Do my kids and I need to wear a mask?
We are taking every precaution available to ensure the health of our staff and our visitors! Each staff member will have their temperature checked before coming to work and they will be wearing masks. Additionally, each visitor will be required to answer a series of health screening questions each day before they play at The Playhouse. Children over the age of 11 and adults are asked to wear a mask per state regulations. We will accommodate for healthy visitors who are unable to wear a mask due to a medical or behavioral condition, or disability, and they will be asked to give a statement during our symptom screening questions. Children under the age of 11 are not required to wear masks.
What health precautions are you taking?
We have established more strict cleaning and sanitizing measures on top of our regular procedures to ensure that all toys and surfaces get disinfected and cleaned throughout the day! For full details on how we are ensuring your safety, please see the Covid updates on our home page!
What social distancing practices have you put in place?
To ensure the safety of our guests, we are limiting the number of children and adults that are in the building at any time. We are also creating an hour break between play time reservation slots in order to minimize the contact between groups. We have also spaced the seating to be 6 feet apart and are encouraging all guests to continue to practice social distancing as much as possible.
Is food allowed?
Due to allergy concerns, we do not allow outside food to be brought into The Playhouse. Liquid in a cup with a closed lid is fine.
Do I need to sign a form in order to bring my kids?
Yes! Please fill out the permission waiver on our "Forms" page before you come to make that first playtime smooth and simple!
